How to register a profile

Registering a profile on the Knowledge Lab Nigeria platform is a quick and easy process. It is important to have access to an active email account as you will be required to confirm your account via email confirmation.

Follow these steps:

Step 1

Visit Knowledge Lab Nigeria and click on Register (top right corner).

Here is a link to the Registration page: https://worldwidehcng.knowledgelab.health/Account/Register. 

Step 2

Complete the required information and click on Register.

Select the following while registering:

  • Select Council Number
  • Select your Registered Council / Body (e.g. PCN or MDCN)
  • Specify your Profession
  • Enter your Registration Number as registered with your professional body / council)

*Please note: Knowledge Lab will review and verify your account information to confirm that you are a registered professional. Account approval can take up to 24hrs after registration where after you will be bale to access Knowledge Lab.

You will be directed to the following screen once completed from where you can resend your account confirmation / verification email if not received the first time.

Step 3

Check your email as you will receive an account confirmation email at the email address used to register.

Click to confirm your Knowledge Lab account as directed.

*Please note: If you do not receive this email, check your junk/spam folder before contacting the Platform Support Team.

Step 4

Once you have confirmed your Knowledge Lab account, you can access the platform by logging in with your user details.
